Noel Kingsley's monochrome images of trees are created using exclusively traditional darkroom methods. He finds that trees invite contemplation and bring peace to the soul. Being amongst them inspires a wonderful sense of calm and connection with nature. Noel's tree photography is often shot in early morning light, and seeks to show how young or mature trees can exude a gentle, quiet energy and stillness that pervades their surroundings.
