The Society reserves the right to edit or remove any classified advertisement placed on its website which it considers inappropriate. Please note that payments made for advertisements considered by the Society to be inappropriate, and which are consequently blocked or removed, will not be refunded. If in doubt, please seek advice before paying for an advertisement. All advertisements placed on the Society's site must be related in a reasonably direct manner to photography, and therefore of potential interest to genuine photographers. All new or updated advertisements submitted to the classified section are reviewed by the Society prior to publication. Material attracting the closest scrutiny, and which is perhaps the most likely to be blocked or removed, includes: - anything not related in a reasonably direct manner to photography;
- anything which might reasonably be expected to cause offense to other users;
- material relating to illegal activities;
- material relating to politics, religion, drugs, pornography or the incitement of racial hatred;
- adult material that the Society considers tasteless, unnecessarily explicit or gratuitously provocative;
- material containing or including language, words, images or graphics likely to cause offense; and
- anything the Society considers misleading or dishonest.
Anyone wishing to place advertisements falling within these limitations, or arguably close to them, is strongly advised to contact the Society before making payment. Material intended for inclusion in classified advertisements which is thought likely to be blocked or removed, may be submitted by

for consideration before being posted as an advertisement. This avoids any possibility of payment being made for adverts which are immediately blocked or removed.
Photographers wishing to submit advertisements relating to glamour photography, artistic nude photography, or the services or hire of models, should always seek the advice of the Society prior to posting. The Society's decisions relating to the blocking or removal of inappropriate advertisements will be final.
