David Eaves has been active in photography for some 35 years and was awarded his ARPS for a set of slides which could be described as graphical derivatives. More recently he has welcomed the digital revolution and is particularly interested in techniques and programmes which give the image a painterly feel such as Painter software and the Buzz Pro plug in for Photoshop. Most of his images are taken on holidays abroad in places such as Greece, Spain, India, Nepal, Tibet and the Americas. He is a member of the Eyecon group and a past president of Sutton Coldfield PS, Croydon CC, and Solihull PS. He is currently secretary of Solihull PS.
