Photographers who are resident in countries where the services of Paypal are not available should make payments using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex). Where this is not possible, the Open Photographic Society(OPS) may agree to provide selected services entirely free of charge. However, submissions of images and text will still be subject to the Society's standards of acceptance. Those who wish to submit material to the Society may do so by emailing it to the submissions office.
