The best way is to use our dedicated file upload facility. When logged in to the site as a registered user, this can be found at the bottom left corner of website pages in the Distinctions/Application subsection. Login details are provided when an applicant requests a Distinction Application Reference Number. Files are best uploaded one at a time, each file taking about 1 - 2 minutes to upload. Once uploaded, files cannot be overwritten so make sure everything is correct before proceeding. Files must be in JPEG format and the maximum file size in 4MB. Contact the Society should it be necessary to upload larger files.

Files may also be sent to the Society as email attachments. Service providers limit the size of email attachments so it is normally advisable to attach o more than two images to each email.

Should neither of the electronic methods above be available to an applicant, files may be submitted on CD/DVD. Contact the Society for the appropriate postal address. However, please bear in mind that OPS is an en exclusively web-based society and does not have an office providing a postal service.

NB: Do not attach panel image files to the on-line application form because the application information is sent to the Society as an email.
