Turnaround

We do our best to respond to photographers' requirements quickly. Requests for image evaluation and comment are normally returned within seven days, but when we are particularly busy the delay may be longer. We aim to establish profiles and image galleries on the website within fourteen days of submission. In most cases the turnaround will be less than this.
